D J Clark graduated from University in 1984 and went on to work with young people producing theatre and making films. In 1989 he took a job in Ramallah, West Bank, which led to a new career in Photojournalism. By 1991 he had established himself as a freelance photographer working for publications and agencies world-wide. Returning to the UK he established Folly Pictures, an agency producing
still and moving images and running photography workshops for overseas
development organisations. Folly Pictures has since become a public
