Migrant
Guangdong factory worker Li Shun Gui returns home to his
village in Yunan to celebrate the Chinese New Year. Every
year the national transport system is overwhelmed with millions
of migrant laborers trying desperatley to reach their families
for New Year. During the journey Li and his friend Amin,
spend long periods sending text messages to friends. Guangzhou
to Kunming train, China, January 2004.
