Tide and Time festival, Crook O' Lune Caton. This local beauty spot has been painted and written about by many famous artists and writers over the last few centuries. Most famous of them was Turner who painted the scene and Thomas Gray who described the view in his writings. The old railway bridge in the distance is now a cycle path.
