The homeless and travellers meet to drink and socialise in Dalton Square. The statue of Queen Victoria they sit up against was originally commissioned for Williamson Park but later was moved to the square by Lord Ashton in 1906. Around the base of the statue (just showing) run a series of Victorian Worthies, scientists, artists, writers, including prince Albert and Lord Ashton's father.
