Photographer's Diary

26th November The Storms in Morecambe

With my sister, her husband and daughter and my father at home on Sunday we set off for Morecambe. Living too close to the sea you quickly forget the joys of a stiff sea breeze. And this was a stiff sea breeze. With the waters at high tide, the sea was blowing across the prom. We walked down to the jetty and my camera, that was in hand for some portraits of my niece ended up photographing the storm.
We moved on to a more peaceful Heysham and a welcome lunch.
